Sample Text and Copy Guidance

While the Bloomberg Connects Marketing team can help develop signage and collateral, we recognize that you may want to develop additional materials or add a Bloomberg Connects mention to existing materials. The following guidance ensures that partners use consistent language when describing the app, yet have flexibility to customize copy with their own brand voice

All new creative work should be approved by both the Bloomberg Connects Marketing team and the cultural partner team before release.

Copy Guidance

When developing text for any collateral or signage, keep the following guidance in mind.

Tips:

  1. Keep messages concise
  2. Highlight that the app is free!
  3. Highlight the benefits of the guide – it enhances the on-site experience and offers access to your organization’s content for digital-only visitors
  4. Lead with your organization, then mention Bloomberg Connects (e.g.,“Explore more of our exhibitions using our guide on Bloomberg Connects, the free arts and culture app.”)
  5. Feature a clear call to action, such as “Download Bloomberg Connects now”
  6. Use “Download the free app” as your CTA, where space allows, otherwise “Download now”
  7. Include tracking – a QR code or tracking link – in all materials
