Build Your Team

Bloomberg Connects is a team effort. The best results come from organizations that draw on the knowledge, perspectives, and voices across their teams and broader community.

Project Lead

Every great team needs a project lead to guide the process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Attend all onboarding meetings
  • Learn the CMS and understand how to build a guide
    • In some organizations this portion of the project is taken on by a different team member, but the lead should understand the basics
  • Gather the assets needed for the guide (e.g., photos, audio files, text)
  • Manage the overall project timeline
  • Coordinates with all internal teams
  • Liaise with the Bloomberg Connects team

Traits of a strong project lead

  • Understands your organization’s top level mission and goals OR has access to someone who does
  • Is aware of the vision and goals for the guide
  • Knows people across the organization who can provide information, assets, stories, etc.
