Featured update: Bulk actions

What's new?

You can now publish, unpublish, and download the QR codes of multiple pieces of content at once.

How it works

Click the selection boxes to see the available actions for those pieces of content. You can publish multiple drafts, unpublish multiple pieces of content, or take general actions on mixed groups of content.

When you download multiple QR codes, we'll email you a link to download the files. This is because it can take several minutes to generate QR codes for many items. Rather than pause your workflow during this process, we deliver a link to the ZIP file to your inbox.

Why it helps

This feature is designed to help you manage content more efficiently. With bulk actions, you can spend less time on repetitive publishing, make big seasonal updates to your guide, and quickly generate QR codes for new exhibitions and the signage the comes with them.
