Video 3: Content Types: Items & Botanical Items
In this video, you'll learn how to create and publish an item in the CMS, from entering essential information to preparing content for review and publication. We'll walk through each field in the item form, including titles, creator information, dates, materials, descriptions, and supporting media. You'll also learn how to connect items to exhibitions and tours, assign lookup numbers, and use related content to encourage deeper exploration of your guide.
