Convert an exhibition to a tour
You can convert an existing exhibition to a tour to change how visitors navigate through the items.
Using the tour template, you can arrange the items as a set of sequential stops, so visitors experience a story that unfolds one step at a time. If you have already printed QR codes for the exhibition, they'll continue to work after you convert the content to a tour.
Tip: You can also convert a tour to an exhibition. The steps are very similar, but you start on the tours screen.
Steps

On the Exhibitions page, in the table, click the more actions menu (⫶) in the right-most column and select Convert Exhibition to Tour.

In the dialog that appears, click Convert to Tour.
The exhibition becomes a tour. These are the changes:
- Tour-specific fields and formatting appear
- The tour takes over the exhibition’s position on the Home screen, its lookup number, and its related content
- The exhibition is removed from its map pin. The items keep their map locations. To show the tour on your map, add it back to the existing pin, or create a new pin.
