Convert an exhibition to a tour

You can convert an existing Exhibition to a Tour to change how visitors navigate through the Items.

Using the Tour template, you can arrange the Items as a set of sequential stops, so visitors experience a story that unfolds one step at a time.

Tip: You can also convert a Tour to an Exhibition. The steps are very similar, just starting on the Tours page.

Steps

On the Exhibitions page, in the grid, click the more actions menu (⫶) in the right-most column and select Convert Exhibition to Tour.
In the dialog that appears, click Convert to Tour.

The Exhibition is converted to a Tour, which means that:

Tour-specific fields and formatting appear
The Tour takes over the Exhibition’s position on the Home screen, lookup number, and related content
The Exhibition’s location is removed
