First-time CMS login
When you join Bloomberg Connects, you receive an email with a link to get started in the CMS.
Before you log in for the first time, you'll be prompted to set your password and acknowledge a privacy statement. The following topic walks you through this first-time login process.
For future logins, you just need your email, password, and 8-digit verification code from your email. For more, see Logging in to the CMS.
Steps
In your inbox, open the getting started email, then click Get Started.
The email's subject line is: Bloomberg Connects: Get Started. The sender email address is: notifications@info.bloombergconnects.org. The link in the email expires after 14 days.
The Bloomberg Connects CMS login page opens in your default internet browser.
Choose a secure password for your future logins, then click Next.
Verify your identity with two-factor authentication.
a. In the authentication code email, copy the 8-digit code (e.g., 12345678).
The email's subject line is: Bloomberg Connects: Your Login Authentication Code. The sender email address is: notifications@info.bloombergconnects.org. The code is valid for 10 minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
b. On the CMS login screen, paste the 8-digit code, then click Next.
Review the privacy notice, then click Complete Login.
