Replacing Media Files

You can replace an existing image, audio, or video file with a new file without changing supporting information, like alt text, captions, and transcripts. Replacing files can come in handy if you get updated studio shots of some of your pieces and want to refresh the content in your guide, or if you re-record audio using the same script.

To replace an image, audio, or video file, in the Edit window, click the three dots to the right of the media file, then select the Replace option.

Adjust the image cropping or poster image as needed, review the existing details, and click Save.
