Resetting Your Password

If you forget your Bloomberg Connects password, you can reset it in just a few steps to get back on track.

Steps

1. On the CMS login screen, click Forgot password?.

   

2. Enter the email address you use to log in, then click Send Reset Link.

   

   Bloomberg Connects sends you an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email in a few minutes, check your spam folder. A password reset email is only valid for 10 minutes.

3. In the password reset email, click Reset Password.

   

   A new browser tab opens to the CMS login screen.

4. Enter your Google Authenticator verification code, then click Next.

   

5. On the Choose Password screen that appears, enter a secure new password for your future logins, then click Reset Password and Log In.

   

You are logged in to the CMS and your password is reset.
