Logging in to the CMS

When you log in to the Bloomberg Connects CMS, your identity is verified using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Bloomberg Connects uses Google Authenticator as the second way to verify your identity.

To log into the CMS, you must provide your email, a strong password, and a six digit verification code from the Google Authenticator app.

If this is your first time logging in to the CMS, see First-Time CMS Login.

Steps

  1. On the CMS login screen, enter your email and password and click Next.

  2. On your mobile device, launch the Google Authenticator app to get the six-digit verification code for Bloomberg Connects (e.g., 688039).

In Google Authenticator, your verification code expires every 30 seconds and a new code appears. A valid code is blue and an expired code is red. A countdown clock indicates the time left until expiration.

  3. On the CMS login screen, enter the verification code (e.g., 688039) and click Complete Login.

You are logged in. If you forget your password, see Resetting Your Password. If you need to re-register with Google Authenticator, contact support@bloombergconnects.org.
