Preview changes in your browser

You can quickly review the impact of content changes and layout adjustments while you work.

In the upper left corner of the CMS, click Preview Guide.

Your guide opens in a new tab. As you work, refresh the tab to pull in the latest changes.

Notes:

  • In-browser preview is perfect for fast internal reviews and early feedback, while the app’s internal mode remains the best way to see the final visitor experience. Together, they make your workflow smoother and more efficient.
    • The in-browser preview mirrors the mobile web experience, so certain features (like Tours and QR code scanning) are not available. You can ignore the banner that appears at the bottom of the preview; in the mobile web experience, this banner encourages people to download the app.
  • We do not recommend sending the preview link to your colleagues, since it will only work if they’re already logged in to the CMS. Encourage your colleagues to log in and open the preview themselves.
  • Don't use the preview link in your promotional materials. Instead, for trackable links that you can add to your website or newsletter, download a promotional QR code and link.
