Set up your accounts
As a Bloomberg Connects partner, the tools you'll use to create your digital guide—and the mobile app that will deliver it to your visitors—are completely free of charge. A team of engineers, UX experts, and researchers provides round-the-clock technical support and a steady stream of feature enhancements that respond to the needs of the community.
All you need to do is supply the content!
To make sure your accounts are ready to go, take a moment to do the following.
On your computer:
- Log in to the content management system (CMS) for the first time using the invitation link in your email inbox.

- Bookmark the CMS in Google Chrome.
- Chrome is the only officially supported browser for the CMS, so if you choose to work in another browser, like Safari, you may notice unexpected behavior or bugs.

- Join the Connects Slack community.
- Reach out to your Connects contact for an invitation link.

- Sign in to the Connects Rev.com Workspace. You can use this service to create transcripts, subtitles, and captions at no charge to you.
- Reach out to your Connects contact for an invitation link. Make sure you sign up using the invitation link so your account is linked to Connects' billing.

On your mobile device:
- Download the Bloomberg Connects app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

- Get familiar with the app's internal mode. This is how you can preview your content before you launch.
