Featured update: Keyword search in the Connects app

Your guide content is more discoverable than ever, thanks to keyword search (available on app versions 2026.1.6 and newer).

Now, visitors can search by lookup number, QR code, or keyword using a single search bar at the top of your guide. The search bar replaces the Lookup tab.

Every string of text—including titles, descriptions, creator names—is searchable. Results are tuned to present the most relevant content right at the top.

What you need to do

• The search tool indexes all visible content in the live version of your guide. If you have content marked as visible that you do not want to appear in search results, then hide the content in the CMS.

Consider revisiting signage and other materials that explicitly reference the Lookup tab.

CMS updates

• Now you can swap out your logos and organization image on the About page in the CMS. Consolidating all organization details onto one page makes it easier for you to keep your guide fresh. For more on the About page, see Organization details.
• For quick access to key online resources that support your Connects journey, in the top right corner of the CMS, click your name, then select Webinars and Training or Market your Guide.
